Filipino Dish

This is the Filipino dish that my family loves. It's very simple and a healthy one. You just need pieces of fish (sliced), sliced tomatoes, medium onion, and any vegetable that is available. I usually put long beans and cabbage. But here, I don't have long beans and cabbage so I put kangkong (morning glory) instead.

Just heat the cooking pan or wok, add water, depending on how many fish you want to cook. Then when it boils, add tomatoes, fish and after a while add the vegetables. Then add salt to taste. And you're done. Be sure to eat it few mainutes after cooking, so you won't miss the flavor and the good taste.
